ICE Agent and Honduran Woman

As of yesterday, a Honduran undocumented woman living in Connecticut, since 2007, has been the victim of sexual assault by an ICE agent in exchange for maintaining her residency as well as providing hints at other possible undocumented immigrants.

A Honduran woman has sued the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency over sexual assault she says occurred over a period of seven years.

This story came to light when the woman, dubbed Jane Doe, filed a law suit against the department for the psychological damage she endured. She also hopes to point out the major flaws that exist in a federal agency that lacks oversight, training, and morality. The man in question who threatened this woman for over a decade, Wilfredo Rodriguez, has since been let go by the agency, and it is uncertain as to what can be done at the moment. The woman is suing for 10 million dollars.
